• Client: Any individual or entity that engages Gardener Hounslow for gardening services.
• Services: All gardening-related tasks provided by Gardener Hounslow, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, landscaping, planting, and garden design.
• Agreement: The contractual agreement between the Client and Gardener Hounslow outlining the Services to be provided.

2. Services Provided

Gardener Hounslow offers a range of gardening services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. These services include:

• Lawn Mowing and Maintenance
• Landscape Design and Implementation
• Planting and Garden Bed Preparation
• Weeding and Pest Control
• Seasonal Clean-ups

3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the Agreement. Payment methods accepted include:

• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Card
• Cash

All payments must be made in full by the due date to ensure uninterrupted services. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the Agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Gardener Hounslow reserves the right to cancel services under circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, with a full refund issued if applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gardener Hounslow strives to provide high-quality services; however, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen damages or losses arising from our services. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any existing issues in their gardens to ensure appropriate care and attention.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hounslow.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Amendments

Gardener Hounslow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
